After Much internal testing and review the team at Pichaimall has released the a pilot phase of its withdrawal feature which will allow merchants selling on its platform to withdraw their Pi earnings to their wallet.

In an accounment it made today the team has taken into consideration the worth of its community as it include security feature using google authenticator which merchants are expected to download from playstore and bind with the PCM App below is the process on to withdraw from your Pi from PCM platform

PCM π withdrawal process:

  1. Download and install Google Authenticator, and connect it to the PCM platform.
  2. Bind the user’s own Pi wallet with PCM platform.
  3. Initiate a request to withdraw π, and enter the 6-digit code from Google Authenticator.
  4. Each order has its own hash. The system will check each order of the account. If the verification is correct, the π will be automatically transferred to the user’s Pi wallet. Note: The longest time for fund arrival is no more than 10 seconds.

However in order to verify the accuracy of the system in the early stage, the order verification result will be submitted to PCM for manual review when the system completes the last step.

After the manual check to ensure the accuracy, the system will continue to process the π withdrawal. Please note that as the withdrawal function is in early release stage, the π arrival time will be longer. Please wait patiently and we appreciate your understanding.
